Let’s bring back reading the Bible together, praying together, taking each other to church, loving marriages, celibacy! Let’s bring it all back 💖 that’s romantic to me
We’ve lost the art of fighting for friendships, relationships, or simply people worth fighting for. Everyone seems to be wearing their ego on their sleeves.
Date somebody who actually wants to experience LIFE with you. Not just dinner and sex. Museums, cooking classes, festivals, pottery, concerts, bookstores, road trips, EVERYTHING .
You niggas can't keep no woman cause yal act just like hoes ...she can't even have mood swings on her period cause you acting like you on yours.. bitch can't even be mad cause you always mad..Lil sassy ass 😂
My 20s definitely taught me there's no point in doubling back on anything. No friendship, not a relationship, not a Job. Once it has ran it's course, move accordingly. It's your job to take the lesson, add it to character, and move on.
Fine, I lied. I actually like flowers that I DON'T have to ask for, I like dates that I don't have to plan, I like reassurance, love letters, notes, long texts and updates.
I LOVE physical touch, quality time and small surprises.
healthy relationships need enough safety for uncomfortable conversations to exist. if something hurts you, you should be able to say it instead of swallowing it, storing resentment and hoping the other person eventually figures it out. but communication is a two-way responsibility. you also shouldn’t be punished for expressing how you feel. if every attempt to talk about something painful leaves you feeling guilty, dramatic, difficult or afraid, something is wrong. love shouldn’t require you to stay silent just to keep things peaceful. you should be able to say, “that hurt me,” and still feel safe being loved afterward. the right people won’t make honesty feel like a threat.
I think we seriously underestimate how rare it is to find a genuine partner. Not somebody who just wants you. Somebody who considers you. Someone who communicates without games, reciprocates without being reminded, protects the connection when you’re not around, and makes you feel chosen without constantly needing to ask where you stand.Attraction is common. Attention is cheap.Finding someone with good intentions, emotional maturity, consistency, AND character? That’s the luxury!
