Queen of Academic comeback!
I wanted a PhD by 25. I got it at 30—while raising a family, living across continents, traveling the world, and building multiple multimillion-dollar businesses.
I started the journey during COVID, newly married and wide-eyed, with no idea just how intense it would get. Somewhere between changing diapers, catching flights, doing fieldwork across several countries, and running board meetings, I found time to research, write, publish, and defend a dissertation. I had multiple publications, earned several citations (including one from the White House!), and completed the program in just three years.
I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity to make an original contribution to knowledge and to help advance understanding in the space industry—especially within the African context. It’s a privilege I don’t take lightly.
Dedicated to my amazing wife.
Our hearts are heavy as we hold Taiwo Awoniyi in our prayers. Just days ago, he shared his light and strength with us on the Rash 4 Christ podcast. Now, as he fights in this difficult moment, we stand with him and his family in faith and hope.
God is with you, Taiwo. You’re not alone 🙏🏾
Please say a prayer for Taiwo Awoniyi and his family.
It’s my birthday today. No chaos in my mind, no chaos in my household. Just love, peace and a shared purpose. Walking with God has made my life easier. Happy birthday to me! ❤️
During our evangelism outreach in Osun, we encountered a man who had been written off by many…a man living on the streets, bound by madness.
As we spoke about Jesus, we were led to him. We prayed, and right there on the street, the power of God touched him. He was healed.
