@greateranglia good morning, i am meant to be getting the 12:53 train from ipswich to stratford, will this train be running - could you advise alternative routes if this is cancelled like getting off at shenfield and getting the elizabeth line etc? will my ticket be valid?

@greateranglia would you please be able to hold the 4:48 cambridge > ipswich as the train that gets in from cambridge north is now 4:46 arrival in cambridge as the 4:33 has been cancelled

@greateranglia thanks Johnny. how can i get a refund for my ticket as obviously due to this I won’t be using my return ticket later and my outward journey was unable to be completed?

@greateranglia the train that was meant to arrive into cambridge at 8:23 is on its way back to dullingham due to the overhead wires - will this train carry on going all the way back to ipswich so those on the train can get back home instead of waiting to go to cambridge ?
