@SkyHelpTeam Yes I did this and said I wanted to keep my phone, but it didn't ask me to pay anything! It also didn't ask me for a renewal of the data part of my contract. Sounds like I've done it wrong, can I cancel with no detriment to myself?

@HMRCcustomers hi, I'm trying to register as an agent, I first applied 7 months ago and my last letter was sent to the team 4 months ago with no response. Is there anything I can do to contact the team that isn't via letter? I wrote again 1 month ago but still no response.

@HMRCcustomers The problem I have is that every adviser I've spoken to has had no access to the team and the only advice they've had for me is to write. I'm sure you can understand my frustration!
