@RoyalMailHelp how can it take 5 weeks and 1 day (this was Friday) to have a email back from the complaint I made back in July for me to be told they are passing to the correct manager I mean! Disgusting
Still none of wiser of if that vile man has been spoken too

Got verbally abused by the post man probably late 50s just because he parked on the whole path and I couldn’t get past with my pram
and the post lady stood and said nothing !
Infront of my 2 young children!

I’m not the only lady he has spoken too like that !
I hope you give me his name so I can name and shame his vile man .
My daughter is traumatised by what he was calling me and she is 5 !
He was reported straight away .

Using Vila language infront of my children and vile comments on my appearance this is very unacceptable from a “respectable” person .
I have photo evidence and number plate of the van and where it took place !
How can you employ people like that . I’m sure
