Haven't done a project like this before. Took a lot of time & effort. But, proud of it.

Hope you enjoy it, & let me know what you think in the comments on YT ❤️

1st year player Cotton took big strides this season, & kindly took some time out of his day to share that insight. https://t.co/bzkFf54dOz

@outlandishstate Actions speak louder than words Matt. So, we can only judge what has been said at the end of next season. But, if this is the shift of approach they’re all heading towards. I am one that will back them.

Recruiting with purpose. Backing the list. Giving the youth a chance to prove themselves.

Crows Board member Neil Balme shared his thoughts on Adelaide’s direction, reflecting on the club’s approach to selection & the importance of making the most of the young talent already at its disposal.

💭 Is this a shift in thinking? 👇🧵

(🗣️ FiveAA Sports Show)

[JΛDelaide @JADelaidex]

Possibly. You can argue the long term deals of Cumming, Peatling and Ah Chee doesn’t help that case. However, Balme said they were so focused on winning week to week.

So maybe the club said, we cant keep doing this or we’ll be stuck in limbo. Let’s only target high end talent if we can now, and see what this list and the young players can do, as if they bring in another 2-3 like the ones said above, it halts the development of the young talent we drafted, and we could become a St Kilda. Stuck with ‘same same’ players on decent contracts.

@Adelaidespud Always speaks so well. Entrenched with knowledge and wisdom. I could listen to him for a whole day.

[JΛDelaide @JADelaidex]

@likelydansie Time will tell Thomas. Actions speak louder than words. But you have to take this at face value. To me it feels like there’s a shift from what’s being said from the leaders of the club.

@crom1986 @Adelaide_FC If the Lewis Young interest is true. It’ll most likely be dependent on Muzz leaving.

[JΛDelaide @JADelaidex]

@akl_1990 It’s a rookie spot Aaron. The pickup is more so his transition into coaching rather than being best 23.

🚨 Veteran Swan set to join the Crows

32-year old Harry Cunningham set to be delisted by Sydney and picked up by the Crows via the rookie draft. 👇

@flag_crows Thank you for spotting haha.

[JΛDelaide @JADelaidex]

@Loya1717 Wouldn’t be surprised if we offered him a list spot if we lose Muzz. But, a 3-year dea? For a delisted player who has never played a full season, is hard to believe 😅

[JΛDelaide @JADelaidex]

As per the last time Jarryd Roughead spoke, Crows aren’t giving up Muzz unless it’s a very lucrative offer.

[AFL Trade Radio @traderadio]

"It has been pretty quiet for us. Nothing has changed around Nick Murray, nothing has progressed. We have been adamant it would be hard for us to entertain anything."

Jarryd Roughead

[JΛDelaide @JADelaidex]

@JordsFTTV He’s an elite kick inside 50 agree. Should still be able to push up to support our ball movement as a half forward.

[JΛDelaide @JADelaidex]

Narrowing his focus to a small forward role should bring out the best in Rachele. He’s one of the best finishers at the club.

💭 What’s your thoughts?

EXCLUSIVE: Crows star Josh Rachele has told 7NEWS that his time as a midfielder is over.

[JΛDelaide @JADelaidex]

@SensibleCrow Did Watson however train with the Hawks mids in pre-season? Watson for me is also more explosive and quicker than Rash. I get what you mean. Throw him in there every now and then.
