@RoyalMail I had a parcel that I redirected to go to my local shop on Tuesday, I have had no notification whether it has and tracking gives me no information, can you advise?
@LavishAlice I’ve emailed, DM’ed and tried calling your customer services but had no luck, you received my return 04/01/23 and I still have received no funds, can you please advise??
@endclothing I’ve emailed and tried calling with no success for an update on my order which is still ‘processing’ although my expected delivery is tomorrow, can someone please assist as this was ordered as a Christmas present?
