@virginmedia I have had an issue with you logged on the 18th March and I am still waiting on a call back. I was told I would have a call back within a week which should have been the 24th March. I heard nothing so messaged the WhatsApp on 6th April and told I would have a call

which is why the call has not been listened to and I have not received a call back. If it was money owed to you I’m sure you would be onto me quick smart. If I do not receive contact from you today I will be going further with this.

When I approach this in the messages I am told I would have to ring. I am trying every way I can to get an answer and I can’t. Shocking customer service I want a call back which I have been told since the 18th March I would get. This is down to an error on your part
