@binance This is absolutely frustrating; I tried to sell my USDT via P2P, and the user marked it as "transferred" despite mentioning it in his appeal message (as shown in Screenshot 1). I was asked to prove my account statement which I did, but the Binance CS was critical of me..

The issues, however is still not resolved, and as per the attitude of Binance CS it looks like I am surely going to lose my money and even my account through no fault of my own.

You can see in the message sent by the @binance customer service to me in the SS2 (Attached here), something that absolutely blows my mind is how despite the buyer agreeing it was not sent ahead, why am I in the burden and asked to prove money is not in my account (which I did)
