@Ask_Spectrum my goal is no longer to get u to fix my service .. that time has passed..but rather to own up to the poor service in which you charge a premium and cannot deliver the SLA we agreed to
@GetSpectrum is just a terrible service supposed to get 400x20 and constant glitching and the average is usually about 120x20 they can't get it right multiple calls and tech is 3-5 hours late <sigh>
