ગુજરાતમાં #ફિક્સ_પે કર્મચારીઓનું લાંબા સમયથી શોષણ થઈ રહ્યું છે, ભાજપ સરકારે ફિક્સ પે પ્રથા નાબૂદ કરીને યુવાઓની માંગ સ્વીકારવી જોઈએ. રાજ્યમાં લાખો જગ્યાઓ ખાલી છે તેમાં ભરતી કરવાને બદલે સરકાર આઉટસોર્સિંગ પ્રથાથી યુવાઓનું શોષણ કરી રહી છે.
