7.2 lbs away from being "normal" bmi though. being tall is dumb

[Jadzia @Jadzia_rex]

I'm so fucking annoyed I just fit into a US size SIX dress very comfortably but bmi still says I'm overweight 🫠

[Jadzia @Jadzia_rex]

after my dr appt weigh in on thursday I'm already planning donuts & pizza I can't fucking wait

[Jadzia @Jadzia_rex]

I MUST get a new lw this week I'm trying to have a lower intake day today but I'm So Sleepy and Very Hungy hopefully my safe meal oatmeal will fix me when I get home

[Jadzia @Jadzia_rex]

my current goal date is Nov 5th to have the lowest weight possible bc I have a doctor's appt and want to weigh in & FINALLY show I'm no longer obese, do I keep shoes for height or take them off for lower weight, which will effect bmi more?

[Jadzia @Jadzia_rex]

Has anyone else had a weird time adjusting to their face appearance changing with weight loss? For the most part it was a glow up but some volume loss makes me feel like creases stand out more and I feel weird about it

[Jadzia @Jadzia_rex]

why am I already so excited halloween next year to be thinner and hotter I'm planning my costume(s) already of course

[Jadzia @Jadzia_rex]

So I technically had a new lw this morning but it didn't feel real bc it was only by decimals, I feel like a real new lw only counts when it's a new number down. like 171.6 to 171.2 is nothing. but 171.2 to 170.8? THRILLING

10/31: 11,800 steps 😎

I'VE DONE IT!!! 10k every day for october! I'll still try to get 10k steps most days but at least now I'll be a little more lenient on holidays or family gathering type of days

[Jadzia @Jadzia_rex]

@elderisback I finished up my step goal for the day following around my husband's kid cousins trick or treating, and we found a house with jello shots for adults so I HAD to indulge a wee bit lol

[Jadzia @Jadzia_rex]

@blairbrew literally your nose completes your face you're so hot

[Jadzia @Jadzia_rex]

@elderisback RIP happy you're back :p surviving halloween so far?

[Jadzia @Jadzia_rex]

@shibatiara first pic was Jan this year but I wasn't locked in all year, switched between losing & maintaining. the last two months is when I had my biggest push and saw an even bigger difference 🤭

[Jadzia @Jadzia_rex]

@whitemercedes_7 I just got an air popper bc I like my popcorn plain and I'm SO EXCITED to use it

[Jadzia @Jadzia_rex]

I LIED IT WAS 24lbs ago

[Jadzia @Jadzia_rex]

so like, I do want some muscle definition but I can't figure out if it's better to start now or just keep losing fat and THEN build muscle, just bc it's easier to track weight loss if you're not also building muscle at the same time???
I just don't want to lose my booty 🫣😔
