@CapitalOne changing banking for good? Your bank sucks. Deposits from zelle lead to an investigation? Or is it that you don't like me taking my deposits and investing MY money to make a living. $350 hard earned cash frozen just because I don't let my money sit and rot.

@AskCapitalOne Your banking app states a phone number or email can be used for Zelle. It only has a location to enter and use a phone number. Most people prefer to use email so this causes an issue. Even if you unlink your phone it will not allow for an email. Please fix this!!

@AskCapitalOne Nobody answers the phone at your company. I get a recording at all hours of the day stating to leave my information and if they think it warrants a call back, it might happen. The really neat thing is, they say to press 1 to leave a message. When you press 1, it disconnects you.
