@premierinn To add insult to injury, I’ve now found that the room door doesn’t lock on the bolt, it doesn’t fit into the striker plate. Considering I’ve been put in an accessible room which would be used by some physically vulnerable people, I don’t think that’s acceptable

Check in @premierinn IoM turned to a farce. No one on reception, no answer to the bell, key wouldn’t work on lift, given an accessible room, no others available, key still won’t work the lift, new key but now won’t open the room. My love of this brand has been severely dented
