🏛 미드나잇 재단, 미국 스테이블코인 규제안에 공식 의견서 제출

미국은 2025년에 GENIUS Act라는 스테이블코인 관련 연방법을 통과시켰어요. 이 법 시행을 위한 세부 규정(NPRM)이 지난 4월 10일에 공개됐고, 공개 의견 수렴 절차가 진행됐죠.

이번 규제가 최종 확정되면 미국 시장에서 스테이블코인을 발행·유통하려는 모든 사업자가 따라야 할 기준이 되기에, 미드나잇 재단이 지난 6월 5일 미국 재무부 산하 FinCEN·OFAC에 공식 의견서를 제출했습니다.

미드나잇 재단이 던진 핵심 메시지는 이런 거예요 👇

🔍 핵심 프레임: 공개 투명성 ≠ 규제 가시성
��� 규제 목적에는 규제 가시성만 있으면 충분
● 대중이 모든 거래를 볼 필요는 없음
