Judge Raises Questions About ADOR's Evidence in Danielle Case:
"So is the issue only the music? As for the music, no evidence has been submitted showing that there was any completed recording or final product."
Defendant (Danielle's side): "No music has ever been released."
Judge: "Weren't there KakaoTalk messages? Couldn't those be used, to some extent, in assessing the evidence the plaintiff is relying on?"
Judge: "Wait a moment. Who was actually leading the photoshoot? Danielle wouldn't have personally negotiated the contract, signed it, and stamped it herself, would she? You're assuming that other people, such as those involved or the other defendants, handled those matters. Is that correct?"
Plaintiff (ADOR): "We don't know."
Judge: "In any case, that's important if you're trying to hold those people liable. Are you saying Danielle independently went out to arrange photoshoots and pursue music projects herself? If you're relying on events before and after the alleged breach of contract, shouldn't there be more specific details? As for entering into contracts and establishing intentional or negligent liability, doesn't the burden lie with the opposing party?
Unlike a tort claim, if you're arguing that these actions caused damages, you need to specify the amount of the damages. For example, how much money was actually received, or, if that can't be determined, how much additional damage should be assessed through an expert appraisal. That requires further examination.
Otherwise, if those alleged damages are simply included within the overall amount claimed, then they may not be particularly significant when determining whether there were valid grounds for termination."
it wasn’t a divorce u moron, it was about who was representing their minor daughter in a legal dispute when the parents had different opinions. Her mom won because she was acting in Hyein’s best wishes.
hybe stans make up lies daily to fill their made up narratives.
don’t call urself a bunny/tokki if u keep pushing this deranged ot4 agenda and supporting whatever is being put out right now.. u cannot say u care about the girls at all while actively enabling this bs it’s not that hard to understand
That Light Jeans video ADOR released just confirmed it for me:
Hanni isn’t part of ADOR/NewJeans anymore. Or is still in “discussions” with the company.
Besides Minji & Hanni only talking to the BTS camera, neither of them had their own personal vlog cameras. Hanni especially didn’t seem comfortable throughout the video. They also both attended each other’s single shoots.
If it wasn’t obvious before, it sure as hell is painfully obvious now. There goes another reason to boycott…
just only 10 days after ador won the injunction against newjeans and right after complexconhk, hybe's ceo was quoted saying this ⬇️. newjeans wasn't just forced back to resume activities...but also to set an example of what happens when a group goes rogue from hybe. #BOYCOTTADOR
Just a theory.
I think ADOR is on an intentional path of self-destruction. And it starts with their decision to go after Danielle.
They could have done it differently. If they accepted all the girls back and pulled off a successful comeback, things would have looked different... superficial or not.
Even if ADOR's motives weren't genuine, successfully reuniting with NewJeans and delivering a comeback would have created the appearance of reconciliation and good faith. Instead, by pursuing conflict, they reinforced a much more negative public narrative.
I don't know... it just feels as though the directive from their HYBE overlords is to destroy ADOR, NewJeans, and anything associated with Min Hee-jin's legacy.
Whether that's actually the case or not, it's difficult for me to make sense of ADOR's decisions from a long-term business perspective. They just don't make sense...
Another potential advantage of a boycott is that, if the members were later sued over contract termination and the compensation were calculated based on the previous year's revenue, lower revenue could result in a lower amount to pay.
this is the original CREDITED writer's demo (which was used!). that was a topline done by another which was never used. instead of following incels like a hive mind, let's do our own independent research. NEXT
i think everyone should watch this vid.
guys be ready because i genuinely think it’s going to be hell for everyone. literally everyone, but especially newjeans and illit.
i’ve already seen people on x/tiktok saying, “hopefully things will finally be easier for illit” after
