Defense lawyer Atty. Michael Poa answered: "2007," adding that their properties are covered by the Absolute Community of Property regime.

🚨 Atty. Chel Diokno cites a case where the Supreme Court acquitted a gov’t official of accusations of ill-gotten wealth because the Ombudsman failed to look at the beginning of his SALN and all possible sources of wealth.

He says hindi pwede ang SNAPSHOT lamang but the COMPLETE PICTURE of a government official’s SALN and wealth.

This means tama ang Prosecution to subpoena ALL records of BP Sara Duterte even from the start – to establish a baseline and compare everything.

It’s a genius move because getting ALL records can actually help the Defense to acquit BP Sara like the government official acquitted by the Supreme Court in a prior case.

Thus, the Defense Senators, este, Defense counsels of BP Sara should agree to get ALL the records.
