A dear friend of mine who is an Attorney wrote this on a post I made replying to a lady who moronically thinks Lindsey's husband did it..
As someone that has dealt with this and had to do child care licensing, DCS referrals and show cause hearings with mental illness appeals and commissions, you're just WAAAAAY off base and in delusional unaccountability parade, wine mom territory.
KEY FACTS (those things that actually happened which LOGIC, EVIDENCE (portrayed and external) and PLEADINGS SHOW).
1. She admitted she did it. To her husband, to the police, to the doctors at the hospital and to the attending psychologists at the hopsital and to the one's examining her. She admitted that she killed the children in her CIVIL SUIT against 11 defendants filed on January 23, 2026. Her husband filed a seperate suit against many of the same companies for wrongful death of the children, so they both have financial motives as well as Patrick having bereavement motives. Case in point, Patrick Clancy has not motive other than to push thins onto the doctors. HER OWN ATTORNEYES IN HER DEFENSE ADMITTED SHE DID IT. Thinking she didn't do it is delusional.
2. Her "DEFENSE" and STORY of post partum "psyhosis" and hallucinating symptoms WAS NEVER TOLD and DID NOT EXIST even after the murders UNTIL SHE HIRED AN ATTORNEY who decided to DISHONESTLY portray her defense modeled after the Andrea Yates defense of 2006.
3. There was UNCONTESTED EVIDENCE that her bloodwork immediately taken after the kilings at 8:15 did not contain any levels of ANY drugs that would cause and acute psychotic break. All except one were substandard or equal to therapeutic levels. TWO OF THEM prevent that..., quetiapine is an antipsychotic, while lamotrigine is a mood stabilizer.
The Seroquel and Remeron in her system show WHEN she took them. The Seroquel was at twice the therapeutic rate according to testimony but not an overdose or toxic. The Seroquel was never taken as it had been discontined on Jan 5 more than 2 weeks. THE HALF LIFE OF THOSE DRUGS SHOW THAT THEY WERE TAKEN @ 6. PM. MORE THAN 25 MINUTES AFTER THE FIRST TWO CHILDREN WERRE KILLED and ABOUT THE SAME TIME RIGHT BEFORE THE NEIGHBOR TESTIFIED SHE WAS SEEN ON THE GROUND OUTSIDE.
4. Taking a large amount of antidepressants and antidepression meds AFTER you kill your children and shortly before you attempt suicide is NOT uncommon but a COPING mechanism...just the MALICIOUS INTENT ITSELF.
5. INSANITY IS NOT DEPRESSION OR PSYCHOSIS. Insanity is lacking the capacity to appreciate the wrongfullness of an act and conform to the requirements of the law. As a side note, serial killer Ted Bundy killed several women inlcuding sorority girls in FL and others across 3 states and eve had sex with some of their dead bodies...and got the death penalty in states, David Berkowitz "The Son of Sam" said his dog told him to kill 6 different people but got 365 years. Dahlmer ate some of his victims and got 16 life sentences, All of the LSD Manson cult members on trial got life sentences. BEING EVIL IS CRAZY BUT NOT AN EXCUSE.
6. Psychosis is almost never acute (Absent a chemical trigger) and doesn't just go away. Humpty Dumpty doesn't just get put back together. The testimony showed Clancy premeditated the murders by sending he husband on errands after calculating the time and distance and a restaurant further away than usually and immediately started killing them. Her iphone data shows two different murderous trips back upstairs. Dawson (Age 3) was killed by her in Patrick's office which is quite telling of the typical variations of an EVIL Maternal Fillicide psychopathy.
She was completely coherent during the killings. She did not stop killing to answer when her husband called from the pharmacy. YET..she called him back and had a short, coherent conversation with him.
7. The iPhone data and Apple Watch supports the murders. SHE TOOK THE WATCH OFF AS SHE WAS NOT FOUND WITH IT. It was in a drawer. Most of the readings were from the iphone, and so being ROOM temperate before she was found.
8. The Core Temperature Argument IS JUST BEYOND STUPID. LIKE IDIOTIC. Want to really bring it home? THE DEEENSE EXPERT Dr. Elizabeth Laposat TESTIFIED why Clancy's core temperate was 82.1 degrees at the hospital...laying on cold ground, in the snow and having a thoracic spinal-cord transection causing shut down of heat and MAJOR blood loss requiring a transfusion at the hospital. THAT IS LYNDSAY CLANCY'S OWN DEFENSE EXPERT WITNESS debuffing the VERY DELUSIONAL FEMALE IDEAS that are being concocted and promulgated online. Jeez.
9. Everything leading up to the trial, her actions, here texts, what people told her ALL FIT MATERNAL FILLICIDE BEHAVIOR......self centered ego and resentment with a cry for the sympathy of suicide that involves their children because they are just extensions of themselves. IT IS TEXTBOOK EVIL OF MATERNAL FILLICIDE. CLASSIC CASE.
The bottom line is that she is a premediated, evil killer that is still seeking sympathy and finding it the hub of delusional cancer spread by many women that has turned the current climate into one where women cannot even tell you what a woman is and is best described by Dr. Jordan Peterson and Camille Pagilia as a "world that is akin to the delusional mind of a 13 year old teenage girl"
Because that level of delusion is what you have to be at to support this level of promoting unaccountability for one's own actions..

🚨 MAJOR BREAKING: The US Supreme Court has sided with President Trump, LIFTING a lower court’s order that blocked President Trump’s mail-in ballot restrictions to go into effect

Trump’s order requires:

- Each USPS envelope to have a unique barcode with tracking
- DHS & SSA create approved voter list
- USPS ONLY sends ballots to that list

Trump is now allowed to move forward with this while the full case is heard.
