From the title in Birmingham, to London, to the deep run in Berlin, to playing with a legend in Bad Homburg and up to the HERstoric Wimbledon R4!
2026 🌱Grass Season 🇵🇭Alex Eala is indeed one for the books!
And a reminder that, “When it grows, it cannot be stopped!”
Alex Eala gives a great answer after losing to Jasmine Paolini at Wimbledon, ‘I think that's all you can really do, is do your best’
"The level is getting very close to the top.. it depends on many little things. What aspect do you think now that you're reaching this top, is the most difficult to manage?"
Alex: "Like you said, it comes down to details. It's very fine details, and with tennis and matches that are tight, sometimes it can depend on one or two points. And I think it's how you manage yourself during those moments.
Looking back for example, I had one point. Did I stick with my game? Did I stick with the gameplan? Did I do everything I could at that moment? I think that's all you can really do, is do your best. Because there are so many external factors that you can't control. You can't control how she plays. You can't control if there's wind. You can't control if it's super hot or super cold. The only thing I can control is how I'm able to approach those situations. And if I'm able to approach them with bravery, with a steady mind and intensity, then I'm able to look back and feel no regret."
🇵🇭❤
RNA needs to focus on her serves talaga. pero nothing to be ashamed of! alex just turned pro last year and grabe rin growth and yung narating niya on her second year 🥺
If alex has serena williams serve. I told you guys she can easily dominate this WTA. Ghooorl, please work on your super slow fookelya serves. Yung points mo laging battle fest. Wala siyang free points at all unlike yung mga kalaban nya.. pero good thing though na experience nya na 2nd week ng grandslam.
Alex Eala’s Wimbledon run comes to an end.
It wasn’t meant to be today, but her work ethic, talent, and poise are putting Filipino tennis on the map.
She is the first Filipina in history to reach the 2nd week of a Grand Slam.
This tennis dream she had as a little girl has become reality, and that dream is awakening millions in the Philippines.
Leaving with her head held very high, and her dream even bigger than before. 🥹
Keep inspiring.
🇵🇭❤️
as a filipino federer fan for my entire life, seeing him watch a filipino athlete play on his favourite slam is something i have never ever imagined. thank you roger for watching alex eala.
Alex Eala's Wimbledon journey is inspiring women and girls across Asia and the Pacific to dream bigger, take up space, and believe no stage is beyond their reach.
We're cheering you on, Alex. 💙🎾
i hate it when stan twitter acts like there can only be one woman ever when there is so much space for every female artist out there. it's also annoying that it's mostly gay men doing this.
Coco Gauff’s reaction to reaching her 1st Wimbledon Quarterfinal just before curfew
She had 2 minutes to close it out before the match would be suspended.
Clutch. ⌚️😤
you people will never understand the situation and emotions of athletes coming from countries with only a little representation or none at all on a global stage or competition. she’s paving the way for tennis in the philippines & least you can do is be respectful or just stfu
