Today I phoned in sick due to severe chronic pain. An hour and a half after my shift was meant to start, I get a phone call from my manager asking if if there’s any chance I can go in because I’m busy. #AITA for saying no?

Today is the first time I’ve rang in sick for work. I’ve gone in at deaths door before, and been sent home sick but never rang in.
2 days ago my back spasmed in the night, woke me up and I’ve been in pain since. It hurts to move.I’ve never felt more guilty or bad in my life
