The rising sun illuminates a symmetrical central dense overcast and a crisp, clear eye, showcasing the stadium effect. Tightly wound spiral rainbands and strong upper-level outflow emphasize the extreme intensity of this super typhoon.

Based on the latest Global Tropics Hazard Outlook of the @NOAA's @NWSCPC, there's a medium to high chance of tropical cyclone formations in the Western Pacific (WPAC) basin during the first two weeks of July. ⚠️

As we can see here in the image, there's a possibility that they could enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).

One of the main reasons for this potential development of tropical cyclones is the anomalous strong westerly wind bursts (WWBs) — which typically occurs during El Niño.

The models are also predicting a decrease in the shear environment across the South China Sea and the western Philippine Sea during the first week of July.
