It’s hard to defend this administration when you see people groaning under the sheer weight of food inflation.

Some of us spoke against the Minister of Agriculture since November last year, they called us Bigot.

We spoke against poor funding of agriculture in the budget, they said we are overreacting.

We said food inflation would worsen, they said we are “full of ourselves and think we know too much”.

We asked about developments concerning the state of emergency in agriculture declared by the president, they looked away.

We still do not have a plan, so food inflation may continue to worsen.

On agriculture, the government is an absolute embarrassment at this point.

Passport processes now take as long as 10 to 12 weeks after capturing, I'm sure our able minister wants a fast, seamless, and efficient passport processing for all Nigerians but if not put to check those "never want good" immigration officers will jeopardize his efforts.

even after it was confirmed that such passports have been produced and available for collection, their excuse is that the passports are yet to be picked up from the Ikoyi passport office and cannot predict when they will be picked up and made available for collection.
