Hardly anyone talks about men’s mental health.

My friend Roger (name changed) — both his sisters lost their husbands.
One to COVID, another to brain fever. Both have kids.
They never worked, not good with in-laws, so they stay with Roger.
He takes care of them and their children — everything.
He isn’t getting married.
He says, “What if my wife stops me from helping my sisters?”
I’ve never seen him smile from his heart.
Sometimes I’ve even seen him blabbering alone — maybe the weight is too heavy to share.
His sisters should understand — they can accept help, not depend on him completely.
No one talks about men who silently carry everyone’s pain and still keep going. 💔
