@JaquarGroup @consumerforum_ @JaquarGroup Today is 18th Oct and even after almost a month no resolution to the poor quality of seat cover delivered by Jaquar. Also poor after sales support. Disappointed with such kind of act from a so called renowned brand.

@JaquarGroup I have bought the Jaquar (Essco) bath fittings and really disappointed with the quality as the seat cover of WC is not working within 15 days of usage. Raised the service call 01542847

@JaquarGroup How’s that possible as I have bought the product in June 23 but shifted to the premises recently. The call was closed without taking consent or happy code. Disappointed with the quality of the product and service being extended.

@JaquarGroup and told by service person that there is some internal damage due to which soft close is not working and product is not in warranty.

@flipkartsupport These false promises I have been hearing from 19th Aug. you don’t know where the product is ? Then what’s the use of having customer support when you guys don’t support the customer with any information like whose the courier partner, their contact number, what is nearest hub etc
