@HMRCcustomers I would like to point out your helplines are completely the opposite. I just called and yet again got placed in a loop of being passed around and ending with the usual go to YouTube. My problem is not one that is covered by these videos.

@HMRCcustomers I have now been trying for over two weeks to speak to someone without any success. No doubt I will now be served with a late payment charge, I can't believe it is 2025 and yet getting hold of HMRC is impossible
