Last night’s concert was a blast, and we sincerely thank you for making it possible. We truly appreciate all the hard work that went into bringing The Rose back to Manila.

However, we would also like to reach out regarding some concerns about the concert benefits.

Most attendees were unable to receive their exclusive postcards. We were informed that the postcards would be distributed upon exit, but there were no staff stationed at the exit doors to facilitate the distribution.

We’ve also messaged you regarding this concern but have yet to receive a response. We understand that the post-concert period can be hectic, but we hope you can clarify what happened and, more importantly, let us know how this will be addressed for the attendees who were not able to receive their postcards.

Please let us know how we can assist you in resolving this matter. We are more than willing to coordinate and help facilitate any necessary arrangements so the affected attendees can still receive their benefits.
