Dear @LemonTreeHotels, is it acceptable to charge ₹90 for a bottle of water with an MRP of just ₹20 at Lemon Tree, Darjeeling? 😡

Charging over 4 times the MRP for basic drinking water is outrageous and unfair to customers. Hospitality should be about comfort and trust.

Hinduja Leyland Finance (@HLF_Tweets) is not providing a loan statement for my client’s audit, despite constant follow-ups for the last 2 months. Neither the agent nor the helpline is cooperating. This gross delay is disrupting official audit timelines.

Extremely disappointed with @YatraOfficial! @AkasaAir cancelled my BLR-IXB flight and officially processed my refund back to Yatra on 15.06.2026. It has been nearly 3 weeks, and Yatra is illegally holding onto my money!

@Yatra_Care However, after I posted my tweet, I checked this morning and found that only ₹700 has been deducted. This clearly raises questions. It appears that @Yatra_Care has a strategy of offering customers a lower refund initially, hoping they will accept it without questioning. (2/2)

@YatraOfficial @AkasaAir Also, when I called yatra, they are saying my refund has been initiated and they will deduct ₹930 as convenience fees and ₹800 as "Yatra fees". Per @DGCAIndia guidelines and CCPA rulings on involuntary flight cancellations, agents CANNOT deduct cancellation or processing fees.

@YatraOfficial @AkasaAir Per @DGCAIndia CAR Section 3 rules, for bookings through agents, the refund must be credited to the passenger immediately once the airline releases it. Why is Yatra delaying my hard-earned money? Clear my refund immediately without any illegal "agent cancellation fees"
