@NJTRANSIT One I showed him AGAIN the activated screen of two tickets, he said I didn’t show this beforehand, which is false. My point in my complaint is that as riders, we don’t need to deal with such treatment.

@NJTRANSIT Your driver is white in appearance, not sure if Hispanic and I’m pointing this out because you asked in your reply. You can’t trace who this is, I gave you the operator’s number? Doesn’t that lead back to the driver? The whole trip he was rude and abrupt.
