Was denied taking my pets at the end moment yesterday by @airindiain. They gave me unnecessary stress even though all of my paperwork was done. @tatatrusts

They denied my pets because point number 1 shown here was missing. I later realised this document is needed to travel with pets into Thailand. My paperwork for France was complete!!! @airindiain @tatatrusts

@airindiain I have been roaming around from office to office and employee to employee but everyone assured nothing is needed except to come directly to airport with my cats. It’s a shame that they are not even asking me for pet bookings but straight denying to fly any prt ever since covid!

I was given confirmation by various employees and customer care that my cat can fly with me in cabin. But now they’re straight up denying. Them saying they haven’t allowed any pet ever since covid is even more outrageous. #guts @airindiain what a shame!
