Not at all my logic. The point I made was that he doesn’t need to create for Bayern *because* they have world class playmakers, he can just do his job and be a striker…. As said in the write up England don’t have world class playmakers in their expected lineup…hence the opportunity for Kane!

Czechia are in Group A with Mexico, South Africa and South Korea. That is not an impossible group, and South Africa especially looks like the key game for goals.

Schick’s historic tournament goals are inconsistent but he scored 5 goals at Euro 2020, finishing joint-top scorer with Ronaldo. He also has strong club form, averaging 0.7 goals per game for Leverkusen over the past 2 seasons.

In the last 5 world cups, you’ve only needed 4 goals to be in the top 3 scorers of the competition. So this is a big price for a proven striker.
