We built @getdelegator as a fun game:

i’ve been using @pingtasks for a similar flow – you star an email in gmail and it turns it into a summarized task for you, with a link ready
takes out so much busywork, makes it way easier to manage follow-ups
totally worth checking if you want less copying and pasting
