How does poor bus stop design in Kuala Lumpur negatively affect the bus user.. and creates bad stigma for buses?
Here's @ErnestOnPT giving an on-site lecture on this!
2 things noted:
1) How far the bus stop is away from the roadside
2) How buses stop far away from the curb
On 11 July at 7:24 PM, I was assaulted by two men at the Caltex petrol station in Sri Damansara.
I sustained a fractured eye socket and multiple injuries to my body. A police report has been lodged, and the case is currently under investigation.
I’m sharing this to inform those who know me and to remind everyone to stay aware of your surroundings and stay safe.

@NewsBFM Yes totally agree! Shouldnt be charging for drinking water and overcharging for bottled drinking water. Reduce plastic use. Win-win for health and environment.
Malaysia has been urged to mandate free drinking water at all licensed eateries as part of efforts to cut sugar consumption and encourage healthier lifestyles.
The requirement should be enforced through legislation or licensing conditions, the Galen Centre for Health and Social Policy said.

“Isu asas dia ialah dia ada kat sini. Dia xda jln klr. Of course akan ada gejala sosial. Mcm mana kita nak kurangkan gejala sosial tu?

people from some of the south east asian "muslim" countries will blame arab countries for not standing up for and mistreating palestinian refugees then turn around and do the same thing with rohingya refugees. idk if it's hypocrisy or severe intellectual disability.
Haha geng ni dok repeat pasal pelarian je. Diorg tgk dunia ni dlm bentuk siapa boleh dipersalahkan je. Solusi undang2, penguatkuasaan, percukaian semua dia tolak tepi. Pdnlah diorg reti complain je tanpa bagi pape cadangan. Diorg pn dlm kepala fikir scapegoat3 je. Bangang betul.
If refugees have the right to work, there will be both lower-wage workers and professional workers, categorised under Malaysian law. Once social protection systems kicks in, it will be a win win situation for all, including having them in houshold n work place cencus.
The problem is that some actors are profiteering in big $$$$$ due to vague protection frameworks. We've seen it before in semi-bogus “cards” issued by the government. Not sure how different the zero-transparency DPP will be.
Thanks, @Iqtodabal, for the stamina you put into dealing with the rabid and vile crowd. Means a lot, especially in clearing mindless misconceptions.
"Kita nak dorang balik"
