La baja del llamado impuesto al lujo en los autos no redujo, sino que aumentó la recaudación. Para importar un auto, además del impuesto interno (17,5%), se cobran aranceles (35%) y tasa estadística (3%). Tal como estaba, los precios de este segmento se hacían muy altos y el mercado era muy chico, de unos 700 autos en los primeros 4 meses del año pasado que recaudaron: 27 mil millones de internos y 34 mil millones del resto. Con la eliminación del impuesto, se dejaron de recaudar esos 27 mil millones, pero la suma del resto ascendió a 75 mil millones (debido a que se importaron casi mil autos mas). En resumen, además de cada uno pueda usar su dinero en lo que quiera, un impuesto con sesgo ideológico de querer “que los ricos paguen más” hace que se achique la base imponible y se recaude menos.

So he moved the upkeep to the model. You curate sources and ask questions. Claude files, links, and reconciles. You keep judgment. It keeps the books.

raw belongs to you and never gets edited. wiki belongs to Claude. It isn't RAG. Your sources compile once into linked pages and compound from there.

A friend asked me how to actually build a company that runs on AI agents.

I drew him 4 simple diagrams and this is what I told him:

For this to work, a few things have to be true.

- The humans move up to strategy, taste, and judgment while agents handle the execution.

- The whole business becomes readable to agents. Your data, SOPs, pricing, permissions, and decisions all live in one shared context layer.

- And you point it at the right work. Repetitive enough for an agent, complex enough that the incumbents never bothered. That's the goldmine.

In the old world, the company was the people. They held the knowledge, made the calls, did the work.

In this new world, the people become the creatives, the agents become the labor, and the company itself becomes the context layer.

That shared brain is the actual company now. The humans and the agents are just plugging into it.

Which means the most valuable thing you can build in 2026 is a business so well-documented that an agent can run it.

I see it everyday with @MeetLCA. I don't talk about it much publicly, but we've built a SWAT team for building AI-native orgs and AI-native products.

The moat is how legible your company is.
