@chrissyteigen For me, just getting outside for a walk helps immensely. It provides perspective and a sense of calm. Staying inside when I’m anxious feels like the walls are closing in. Also, fighting anxiety can make it worse. Get outside, let it wash over you and know that it will pass. ❤️
