@airindiain Hi, I have been chasing the customer care and ecommerce for more than 2 months now regarding a refund for the tickets. The flight was cancelled and I am entitled to receive full refund, but it looks like an endless wait. Atleast have the courtesy to reply.

I am getting unhygienic food from @SHelsfyr hotel where I found hair in bun and Hotel says its suppliers mistake. The stay in Helsfyr Scandic hotel is really unpleasant so far. @Oslokommune @erna_solberg
