I have spoken to your customer care representatives a numerous times, logged multiple service requests via Airtel thanks app but to no resolution. IMS says unregistered.

@Swiggy I placed an order which was never delivered and the delivery partner never responded to my calls. i then tried contacting support but they were instead being rude to me especially Priyanshu who didn't even let me speak with a manager.

We logged in to buy the tickets minutes before the sale started, were kept in the queue for over two hours and then discarded eventually with a sold-out message on more than 3 devices.
