@KentROSystems I receive call from [phone] number of yours, but no one speak on it from the other side. I am able to hear calls from everyone else, except from this number. When I call back, the number is invalid. Please check as I am tired of this behavior.

@KentROSystems is the money cutter, which thrives on filter income instead of product. Their annual maintenance cost of 50% of original new RO. 6k annual maintenance cost and worst support call center options. Field agents are untrained and charge 9k maintenace for 12k product.

@KentROSystems From last 2 time your agent come and tell us to pay Rs 2850 for new motor. They are not coming with some resolution. They just want more money to make it work..

@KentROSystems Issue diagnose is your agents job. The smaller filters of Rs 1225 were replaced after telling .e that this is the root cause of water pressure issue. Although it was just to make money and actual issue was motor. Now your team is asking additional Rs 2850. #NotAcceptable

@KentROSystems Still no action is taken from the Kent team. They have created a ticket and without visiting amd providing any solution, they automatically cancelled the ticket. It is just for the sake of formality. Worst Experience 😡
