Are these dumpers allowed to collect the debris during daytime(peak hours), and at least four to five dumpers parked in the same narrow lanes and hence causing complete traffic jam and obstructing the way and creating hindrance for a common people.

@MumbaiPolice This is on the corner of dixit road and PM road in vile parle east. Please see for some permanent solution. Everytime they Re rmeoved and they are fined, they continue the same proces after 3-4 days again.

There isna tea stall here and all auto rikshaw parks and has tea here. They park for 3-4 hours and rest in auto. Since this is a narrow lane, it also creates lot of traffic and congestion as vehicles are parked on both sides.@mybmc @mumbaimatterz @BJP4Mumbai @mieknathshinde
