@paytmmallcare Sir, I am a chartered accountant, i can understand the thing at once " seller is not able to fulfill my order" i am asking the reason for it. If he is selling the same product now also. WHY he is not able to fulfill my order, have i done any wrong deed towards him?

@paytmmallcare I have just received a rude call from your customer care executive. I have reach and every recording with me. Seller is not able to fulfill the order. But WHY? I dont want any refund from your side. Ask seller to ship again otherwise i will file a law suit against paytm.

@paytmmallcare Again and again same and same thing. If merchant couldn't fulfill, shouldn't you ask the reason behind it? You dont have any reason for the same and you are making fool of people. If he accepts the order and doesn't fulfill then you have to penalize him for doing so,Not customer.

@paytmmallcare Hello, i asked the reason behind non fulfillment? If he is selling same product on Paytm right now. I am not staying in any remote village of india that he couldn't find a courier. WHY HE IS NOT ABLE TO FULFILL? Please tell me the reason.

Even after months of getting launched & starting of deliveries, in a Mega City ahmedabad,not a single bike (Hero Xpluse 200) is available at any dealership for test ride.
Awaiting for a prompt & positive reponse, otherwise hero may loose potential customers like me.@HeroMotoCorp
