@aakancvedi 1/2 Pros of OFS only
- company is in good shape, does not need to raise and strengthen balance sheet.
- Promoter selling to enable IPO? Or early investors looking for an exit?
- how will IPO happen if equity is not made available?
- no dilution of equity base

@aakancvedi 3/3
- So dont look at OFS or fresh issue in isolation.
- What will strengthen the company?
- what are prospects, valuations post listing?
- is promoter holding substantial post ipo so that he will continue to work towards it's success?
@aakancvedi 1/3 Pros of fresh raise only
- fresh equity raise enables ipo
- company balance sh. is stronger, growth funds raised, can cut debt
- promoter very positive on prospects, unwilling to dilute stake
- Stable promoter / investor holding
- some dilution of equity capital, eps falls
@Akshat_World 1) Why start with peak of 2021, take the peak of '20, or start of '21. That changes your base 30%. More if you go to mid '20, as best phase was '20-24.
2) indian investors don't invest in usd, they need to only worry about inflation
These are wrong messages about indian market.

@imYadav31@KiaInd Speak to at least 3 dealerships, make a plan b and plan c, and firmly pushback, refuse to buy unless you get what you want.
Forget cars, even apartments the sales guys will take you for a ride if they can
@RamamoorthyKar3@chandrarsrikant@ChristinMP_@moneycontrolcom I think a visit to Delhi with its extensive network would have been sufficient.
After all this study, we have useless fares, most expensive in india.
Bangalore metro is very very wasteful, delayed and expensive.
Hoping for some recovery soon
@TVMohandasPai Clearly Traffic authorities and planners have been unable to keep up with demand.
Supply of essential road and transport infra is 5 years behind demand.
Optimistic that our most capable govt. can up their game and cover up on this in the next 4 years (before the next elections)
2/n Who made these rules?
Who the heck would be interested in Indian aviation unless he already had some airline operations?
Would you let an industry expert start a new firm or prefer someone totally new to the sector?
1/n
How to improve Ease of Doing Business in India.
Here is an example. Till some time back, we had aviation sector investment rules that said - anyone can invest in Indian aviation firms except those that are already in Airlines sector.
How does this work?
@bc_dubi@elonmusk With an ageing population, the nature of consumption changes. Different products, more importance to healthcare.
And there is nothing wrong with that.
I think the globe is overpopulated and countries need to embrace lower population, lesser consumption, but better health
