@airindia It's been almost a month and apart from the same message, i have received nothing. This is no way to treat a senior citizen.

So my grandmother was traveling from New Delhi to Toronto with @airindia flight no. AI -189 on 6th of March. She's 85 years old and we had requested for a wheelchair assistance. Everything was fine till she reached Toronto where there was Air India ground staff with wheelchair.

@airindia Basically @airindia is okay taking a feedback of how their staff mistreated a senior citizen and left her stranded on the airport at the wrong luggage belt to pick her luggage on her own inspite of the fact that she was using a cane to walk.

Such kind of treatment with a senior citizen by the @airindia ground staff at @TorontoPearson airport is inhuman and cruel. That guy just left her there and took the wheelchair away and said now you manage on your own. Hoping for action by Air India now.
