This is how @Meta wrongful AI decision can destroy a business I spent 12 years building.
My Instagram account @tinakriisss with 207K+ followers was disabled by mistake after identity verification. No real explanation. No real human support. Just automated errors and silence.
Now a company I worked with for over 4 years is terminating our long-term contract because my main business platform is gone. They are asking for a refund because I can’t deliver the campaigns I was paid for.
I paid for Meta Verified Premium. I contacted support. I sent documents. I tried every recovery option. I am still being ignored.
One wrong AI decision should not be able to destroy someone’s income, reputation, contracts, and years of work.

I am extremely disappointed with how my Instagram account suspension has been handled.
My account was first suspended on 24 May 2026 for “account integrity” reasons. I immediately complied with every verification request made by Instagram, including:
• Government ID verification
• Selfie video verification
• Email verification
• Mobile number verification
After completing all of these checks, my account was restored the very next day.
Then, on 2 June 2026 at approximately 3:00 AM, my account was suspended again for the exact same reason.
Once again, I fully cooperated and completed every verification requested:
• Selfie video verification
• Email verification
• Mobile verification
• Passport submission
Despite providing extensive proof of my identity not once, but twice, I received an email around 2:30 PM stating that my account has been permanently disabled for violating Community Standards.
What Community Standards exactly? I have received no meaningful explanation, no specific violation, and no clarity regarding what I allegedly did wrong.
This is an account I have spent years building, creating content for, and investing my time and effort into. Having it permanently disabled without a clear reason is incredibly stressful and unfair.
To make matters worse, I purchased Meta Verified on another account specifically to access support and speak with an agent about this issue. However, the support page continuously shows an error and does not allow me to connect with anyone.
If I am paying for Meta Verified support, why am I unable to access the very support I paid for?
I am requesting a manual review of my account and a clear explanation of the alleged violation. At the very least, creators deserve transparency and access to the support services they are paying for.
