They made us wait over 20mins at least just to get us the bill. They had included the returned food in the bill, again it took sometime to get it removed from the bill. Now Zomato is not refunding my Gold Benefits.

We complained about the food and asked to speak to the owner as he was there at the restaurant at that time. He did not even come anywhere near us. They did not include my Zomato gold benefits as well. We had told them before the order itself that we have Zomato gold.
