Behind locked door question is correct and i absolutely support that claim in case of an emergency you need to be ready to attend.. But sleeping causes they don’t have patients at that time is completely fine..If the doctor was found sleeping when patients are waiting for him then it’s wrong.. But we need to understand that they are also human beings.. Doctors are the living god’s..So always we need to c two sides of the coin..He is accountable only if he doesn’t do his duty and was caught sleeping but still behind locked doors is wrng in my point of you.. Hope this clears the air..

Government should allocate more doctors to government hospitals to avoid these kinds of issues

When we take family members to hospital in an emergency, knowing that doctors may take time to come out while they’re sleeping can be extremely frustrating in that situation

I have huge respect for all doctors, no doubt
