Bizarre is the way of #CuttackTreasury officer deals with Senior citizens. On one hand, Govt asks senior citizens to stay inside their houses to remain safe from #Covid, & on another, elderly people are forced to come to #Cuttack Office multiple times.

Another freebie scheme for a specific category. What about honest taxpayers ? We pay taxes but get no health card, no direct benefits, nothing. Our tax money keeps funding freebies. These days, it feels like being BPL is a blessing.
