Good news: I'm alive & i've apparently lost 3 stone (down to 71kg) since I was weighed earlier this year 💪

Bad news: I've got to give myself daily abdominal injections for the next 6 weeks & the pain and overwhelm of everything has finally hit me 🥲

I've got (my first ever) surgery tomorrow at 7am 😱 I expect I'll be doing a lot of waiting around and being high from local anesthesia!
