@KanaPostBC been waiting on my package for over 2 weeks now and have had tons of trouble just trying to get ahold of somone whos actually willing to help, not happy
@Lowes_Canada i dont think you are allowed to cancel and refund somones order without permission, i cannot get through to talk to any one and i am very disappointed, I need to speak with someone ASAP no reason for this at all.
@tasyuh @Lowes_Canada So now i check my credit card, @Lowes_Canada has removed my refund that was on there after they cancelled my order and im now left with a charge of $446.35 and no one to answer questions, now im pretty sure this isnt in your terms of service
@Lowes_Canada @tasyuh Just got off the phone, the best they can do is give me $50.00 off another appliance. The worst store and customer service i have ever had after two 3hr phone calls and the rude staff i will never shop at @Lowes_Canada ever again. I hope your buisness folds
@Lowes_Canada @tasyuh I have, iv sent my info more than once i have not got a call and i would like my order as it was placed, this is unbelievable, can you not see the amount of complaints that are coming in about your company? You need to correct the error for the customers, i would like my order

@Lowes_Canada Funny how my order was cancelled but 3 other people i know have not had their orderes cancelled, at the point its unfair and in a way discriminatory, this will be taken higher up, you cant tell a handfull of people they are getting it and the other they arent
@canadaposthelps going on day 6 now with no update and no package and what a surprise no help from @canadapostcorp@canadaposthelps they dont seem to care if your stuff areives or not. You try and call the facility in town and no one answers a phone, no wonder i have no package.
@canadaposthelps Which will be when? Becasue from what i understand my packages are just sitting and theres not one person you can contact about the issue. This is ridiculous
@canadaposthelps my packages havent changed status since the 16th of april, i never seem to get good service from you guys, wether it be a pandemic or not.
