@wemustbebetterr@_jkpnro I find it hard to run slower, my back seems so seize up more when it do. My natural jogging speed is too fast for my fitness level at the minute though
Weight has plateaued a bit the last 2 weeks at the 15 ½ stone mark, just not been as consistent with my eating or exercise. Need to get back at it. 15st target still achievable by the end of the month

@DeanTTraining I have 100% made this mistake before, followed a recipe that called for 3 tablespoons and I was wondering why the calories & macros were so far off what the recipe said 😂
