What I was addressing is this stigma LFC is broke or can’t afford big signings. That’s a false narrative. What’s a fact is FSG don’t like big packages like Mbappe’s they can afford it though. 🤝

@FulhamFODA Knowing Klopp, I wouldn't be surprised if Klopp sees him as a false 9 type player. Linking the 2 forwards, and dropping deep into midfield for his energy and his technical abilities to link the front line.

@FulhamFODA If you've been watching how Klopp use's his midfield this season, it's not the same as prior season's, he showed that w/ Elliot starting to befoe injuries, as basically an attacking 8. Linking w/ Trent & salah. Imo there's only 3 player's that fit Klopp's new midfield

You also have to look at the long term, that's what the scouting department is doing, and Liverpool's midfield is average 28+

It's known that Klopp likes multifaceted players, Carvalho can play as an midfield attacking 8

@FulhamFODA What I would say is, I don't expect Carvalho to walk into the first team, highly unlikely, Klopp normally slowly integrate them. He's done it w/ every new signing.

Carvalho will need the right environment as well, I personally think Liverpool and BVB are his 2-best options.
