We get out what we put in. When we reach capacity it’s time to change the structure we built on which will feel empty, but we just have more to fill as we’ve zoomed out.
Movement is therapy in so many different ways.
Cardio, challenges the body, is fun, it's playful, it releases chemicals that make you feel good, teaches you to overcome challenges and keeps the body mobile. Get yours in each day.
Exploring is what gets you to new places. It's as simple as that. You're like "ohh what's that". Then boom, you do some work and you're at the top of a mountain. Same goes for your progress in life.
It's extremely underrated how much a walk and a smile at someone can change the course of your day.
Not only on a physical level but on a mental and chemical level. Everything causes a reaction and you frame the word you're in by how you position yourself.
The amount of potential we all have is phenomenal.
We should all strive to constantly learn and challenge our current understanding by putting ourselves in new environments.
Finance, Education, Health, Sleep, Family, Relationships, Politics and Investments to name a few.
One of the things I think most struggle with is taking backwards steps. However a step back gives you perspective into a moment you never had. Head up, try again.
So here is to taking another approach at things that feel like set backs to come out stronger.
Every now and again allow yourself the opportunity to enjoy moments like these. But don’t make these moments your every day.
You want to build something and have something to show for it.
Play the long game.
Making changes in one’s life takes time. Be intentional with change as it works for good and bad things.
Implemented correctly, will set you on a path worth celebrating!
Enjoy the process.
Make sure to work on yourself:
Health - Body, Mind and Spirit
Financially - Educate, save, prioritise.
Goals - Purpose and direction.
Relationships - Friends, Family and Partner.
Working away at these will increase quality of life and help you grow as an individual.
Celebrate the small wins in the day. It will make your life fuller.
By being grateful for the little, the big wins will also be so much more satisfying.
Use technology to be inspired for life, not a lense to look at someone else life through. We have more opportunities infront of us now than what seems ever before. You want to be good at something. Be bad at it first. It’s the journey.
As I'm lying here recovering from surgery, I'm grateful that we're not all the same. What I contribute to the world is needed in different ways than what others do. We're all team players, we just don't realise it.
Choose something or someone that you’re grateful for today and make that the highlight of your day. Gratitude is priceless. Honour and Respect are key influences to adding quality in your life!
As a fitness coach, training someone to find the balance and need for their life is an art form. One solution doesn't fit all. Individuality and adaptability is a beautiful thing.
Life has many areas to find balance within.
Personal life, family life, social life, work, finance, education, health, growth, awareness, mental health and purpose.
Take time to assess them to see where you wish to be.
